Harper is a brave and bold little girl. She was named after the instrument in the Bible that the warrior David used to soothe King Saul’s negative thinking, the harp. Harper loves flowers, nature, and rainbows. She wanted her cape to reflect the special symbol that God uses as a sign between Him and the earth (Genesis 9:13).
